Let me first say, I lacked the motivation to exercise. I would never do it. Second, I don't really have a lot of weight to lose; I really needed to work on firming up and flexibility. Working out with Kim is definitely one of the best decisions I have every made for myself. We get along great! Kim is sensitive to my body’s special needs and designs workouts that help my body feel good. She's been very professional, energetic, and flexible with her schedule. I have challenged her with my schedule. She's made our sessions a lot of fun and it's something I actually look forward to now. I'm seeing the results! I'm more confident, I feel better and have more energy. She is constantly looking for ways to change things up to make it a little more difficult. She always keeps me laughing and really encourages me. Kim challenges me to go further so I am getting stronger and I have toned my body in a way that really makes me feel good about myself now. I can’t begin to explain how much Kim has helped me regain my strength and courage! I started working with Kim post-rehab for herniated disks in my lower back, arthritis, sciatica, and stenosis. There wasn’t much that did not hurt. After 3 months of intense physical therapy my doctor strongly suggested I follow a daily exercise program. I found it difficult to do on my own. I saw Kim working with a client in my gym and it was their interaction that led me to ask Kim for help. I have been working with her ever since. I need her expertise and guidance with my form, technique, and motivation! Some days I can do an exercise and other days it just isn’t going to happen. Kim adapts the movement so I never lose the benefit to the targeted muscles. Kim’s knowledge of the body, the scientific study of movement, and the muscular system joined with her dedication to understanding me, individually, has returned me to an active life-style. My strength and stamina have improved beyond my wildest dreams! I’m thrilled with my success and I owe it all to Kim! I love working with her and I feel great!

As a child I was unable to play sports or to even go to gym because of severe asthma and allergies. So, I never really enjoyed working out or anything sports related. I started working with Kim about 3 years ago, just to lose a little weight and tone up. I was not fat per se, but was not in shape at all. Since I have been working with Kim, I have lost fat, body inches and gained lean muscle mass. Kim has given me the confidence and support to reach where I want to be. I have gained strength, endurance, stamina, flexibility and enthusiasm to work out. I am even running outside and on the treadmill! My mom said she never thought she would hear me say I LOVE running! I would recommend Kim to anyone that needs her incredible skills in achieving all of their fitness goals. I am now addicted to exercise!
